Corrected description of 'prox' column in master table

The 'prox' column in the master table indicates the distance (in arcsec) to the nearest other source in the catalogue, up to a search distance of 15". If no source exists within 15" the entry in the column is set to 60.
Previously, the description in the table browser erroneously indicated that values up to 60" were included in the column, but this has been corrected.
