Terms of Reference: Briefly, to oversee the completion of the SkyMapper surveys and the operations of the telescope. Four ANU members (incl. Chair) and three external members (incl. Deputy Chair). See the full terms for details.
Appointments: 3 years; renewable.
Meetings: as required (usually at least once per year).
