Overscan/bias residuals

The EDR overscan and bias show residuals varying from image to image and row to row. This originates from a temporally unstable bias that can vary by up to ten counts within an image row. There is also a diagonal electronic interference noise.
These two deficiencies have been substantially mitigated in DR1.
